When I was seven, I played my guitar and sang for a crowd by Roberto Clemente Projects in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

Used to be a huge METS fan.  Lenny Dykstra was my all time favorite baseball player.

Collected baseball cards as a kid.

Played Sandy (from Grease) twice in JHS & High School.

Attended college thru a combination of Scholarships, Grants, and the blessed HEOP Program.

Majored in Speech Arts and Television Production in college.

Graduated from Hofstra University.

Managed Television Productions for VH-1, BET Networks and MTV Networks.

Worked as a PA for MTV’s  “Shakira Unplugged”.

Co-produced MTV Cribs & Teen Cribs shoots.

Traveled to St. Petersburg Russia with MTV for three weeks to document a group of men looking for potential Russian brides.

Worked on “Gay Cruise” for MTV and spent an amazing week in the Caribbean on a ship full of Gay men.  (I gained 10 pounds from all the ice cream I ate)

Production managed “Choose or Lose” for MTV in 2004.  This included P. Diddy’s show “Vote or Die”.

Managed show production teams  and Multi-million dollar Television Show productions successfully for over 11 years.

Worked on the Latin Grammy’s once ushering talent to the stage to accept their awards.  I met Gilberto Santa Rosa, Yomo Toro, and much more…

Line Produced Teen Cribs Seasons 1 & 2.

Career highlight: walking into a SIR Studios where Celia Cruz, Mary J Blige, and Aretha Franklin were rehearsing.  I met the three of them that day.

Reading “The Path of Practice” by Mother Maya inspired me to leave a toxic job and say YES to happier healthier lifestyle.

Served as Mother Maya’s (Author, Healer & Spiritual Teacher) personal assistant for lectures in NYC as well as a weekend in Kripalu.

Decided to become a health coach after realizing my father was getting sicker, taking more medications, and not getting better.

My father passed away a month after I started studying for my Health Coach Certification.
